Starting in December 2007, members and non-members will be able to download a short web resume form, complete the form, and return it to the registrar. This service is at no charge to members. Non-members can also use this service for a $10 fee. It's so easy and we are happy to offer this service to the dental community.

Subscription to the ADDHA Newsletter

Members of ADHA/ADDHA receive the newsletter as a direct benefit of membership to your professional organization. If you are not a member and you would like to subscribe to the newsletter, the subscription is $25.00 for one year.

• Subscriptions from the date of your check are good for four issues.

• Newsletters are generally sent by email unless you do not have email and then you will receive yours in the mail.

• Newsletter comes out Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Newsletter dates are subject to change with the ADDHA schedule.

• Please make you check payable to ADDHA and mail to Kelly Gruver, 130 S. Pardee Street, Wadsworth, OH 44281. Write Subscription on the memo line of your check and be sure we have your name, address, phone and email address.
